THE MATLIWALA – BUX FAMILY
In the name of Allah, the beneficent, the merciful. All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of the universe. May peace and blessings descend upon His beloved Prophet, Muhammad, his companions and all those who follow in their footsteps.

The creation of the human race began with Adam and Hawwa peace be upon them. We are all the children of Adam and Hawwa peace be upon them. From Adam and Hawwa peace be upon them, the human race has multiplied into millions, into tribes, clans and families.
​
O mankind, indeed We have created you from one male and female and made you peoples and tribes so that you may know one another. Indeed the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah i knowing and Acquainted.
Being from a noble lineage is a gift from Allah; a gift that a person should be grateful to Allah for Alhamdulillah, our Matliwala-Bux lineage is a noble lineage, one we should be eternally grateful to Allah for. It is for this reason, it is all the important that we document the family tree, so that not only our children, but our progenies are able to relate back to their humble and noble ancestors.
The children of this generation are becoming increasingly less aware of their relatives and wider family. The bond of kinship that existed in the near past amongst relatives, is becoming weaker by the day. This decline needs to be halted. It is therefore important that awareness is created about one’s family and relations so that this facilitates maintaining of family ties.

The Matliwala Bux Family Tree A Message to All Family Members
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Today, we stand in deep gratitude and reflection.
What is before us this family tree is not just a list of names.
It is the story of our roots.
It is the legacy of love, sacrifice, and faith that began generations ago
with our elders, our ancestors, and the blessings of Allah that have carried us through time.
After months of searching, connecting, and recording,
we have gathered five hundred and sixty-one family members
each one a leaf on this living tree we call the Matliwala Bux Family.
The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:
“Whoever wishes that his provision be increased and his life be extended,
let him maintain the ties of kinship.”
(Sahih al-Bukhari)
To find a family member, to reconnect, to know our blood and our story
this is more than discovery.
It is worship.
It is sadaqah.
It is love that echoes through generations.
To every Matliwala and Bux
those living and those who have returned to Allah
this is a tribute to our shared history.
May our children and their children always know where they come from.
May we honour our elders,
and may we never forget the ones who paved our path
with patience, prayer, and perseverance.
To everyone who shared names, memories, or stories
thank you from the heart.
This is not the end of the journey
it is only the beginning of preserving our history for generations to come.
May Allah keep our family united,
grant mercy to those who came before us,
and fill our hearts with love for one another.
May this tree always remind us that we are one…
